Toronto is welcoming the world for FIFA World Cup 2026™, and the TTC is thrilled to help get fans to the action as they cheer on the remaining teams in the tournament at the FIFA Fan Festival™ Toronto at Fort York National Historic Site and The Bentway.
While matches at Toronto Stadium (at Exhibition Place) have now concluded, the TTC is here to get you where you need to go until the final whistle of the tournament on Sunday, July 19. The TTC will continue to have enhanced and expanded service to FIFA Fan Festival™, as well as additional staff and TTC ambassadors at key locations throughout the city to help.

Connect to the TTC from Toronto airports
From Toronto Pearson Airport:

The 900 Airport Express route provides all-day service between Toronto Pearson Airport and Kipling Station on Line 2 (Bloor-Danforth). The following routes also travel to and from the airport:
- 52A Lawrence West connects to Lawrence West and Lawrence stations
- 952 Lawrence West Express connects to Lawrence West and Lawrence stations
- 906 Airport-Humber College Express to Humberwood Loop via Humber College
- Overnight Blue Night Network (runs approximately 1:30 a.m. to the start of subway service): 300A Bloor-Danforth, 334A Eglinton and 352 Lawrence West
You can also take the UP Express between Toronto Pearson Airport, Mount Dennis Station (Line 5 Eglinton), Bloor GO Station (Line 2 Bloor-Danforth) and Union Station (Line 1 Yonge-University) to connect to the streetcar, subway, Light Rail Transit (LRT) and downtown Toronto. Please note: Ontario’s One Fare program does not apply to travel on UP Express.

To Union Station:
509 Harbourfront streetcars operate to Union Station. Head along Eireann Quay from the mainland terminal to the Bathurst Street and Queens Quay West stop. Take an eastbound streetcar to Union Station.
To Bathurst Station:
511 Bathurst streetcars operate to Bathurst Station. Head along Eireann Quay from the mainland terminal and continue on Bathurst Street to the Fleet Street at Bathurst Street stop. Take a northbound streetcar to Bathurst Station.

Take the TTC to FIFA Fan Festival™ Toronto
The TTC offers frequent service for customers traveling to FIFA Fan Festival™ Toronto. During the tournament, 504 King, 509 Harbourfront and 511 Bathurst streetcars will operate every five minutes. For seamless, reliable service, 511 Bathurst streetcars traveling to Fleet Hub (Fleet Street between Strachan Avenue and Fort York Boulevard) will travel in dedicated rapid transit lanes.
Please note: For your safety, when traveling to and from Fleet Hub, do not cross over the tracks and be aware of streetcars entering and exiting the platform. Use the intersection of Fleet Street and Strachan Avenue or Fleet Street and Fort York Boulevard (on the east and west ends of the platform) to enter and exit the Fleet Hub platform.

The following stations and surface routes will connect you to FIFA Fan Festival™ Toronto.
Line 1 (Yonge-University) – from Union Station
- Take the 509 Harbourfront streetcar to Fleet Hub for FIFA Fan Festival™ Toronto.
Line 2 (Bloor-Danforth) – from Bathurst Station
- Take the 511 Bathurst streetcar to Fleet Hub for FIFA Fan Festival™ Toronto.
Customers can also take the 504 King streetcar from the following stations:
- Line 1 (Yonge-University): from St Andrew Station and King Station (along King Street West).
- Line 2 (Bloor-Danforth): from Dundas West Station and Broadview Station.
504 King customers can exit at King Street West and Bathurst Street and transfer to a southbound 511 Bathurst streetcar to connect to Fleet Hub.

Expanded and enhanced match day and overnight service
Expanded subway service
Subway service operates until approximately 1:30 a.m. but will be extended to operate later on Saturday, July 11 to accommodate multiple events in the city.
Overnight service

While the match clock during the tournament stops at 90 minutes, ours doesn’t. The TTC operates 24/7 and will keep you moving from the big game and beyond.
The TTC’s Blue Night Network provides overnight bus and streetcar service throughout the city, every 30 minutes or better. Most overnight streetcar routes operate every 20 minutes or better.
To support increased travel demand during the tournament, the TTC is introducing temporary new overnight service on the 309 Harbourfront and 311 Bathurst routes and making other overnight routing adjustments near and around FIFA Fan Festival ™ Toronto. Accessibility and Wheel-Trans

The TTC is committed to making transit more accessible for everyone. All TTC buses and streetcars are accessible, with features designed to support customers using mobility devices, and 90% of subway stations are accessible.
Wheel-Trans
On demand Wheel-Trans service will be available throughout the tournament. Trips can be prebooked up to seven days in advance.
Visitors to Toronto with access to a specialized transit service in their home province, territory or country can access the TTC Wheel-Trans Service for up to 30 days without having to apply to Wheel-Trans. Learn more on the Visitors to Toronto page.
Safety on the TTC
Customers who require support at any time on the system can:
- Call 911 in the event of an emergency.
- Download the SafeTTC app for free from the Apple App or Google Play stores. The mobile app offers a quick and discreet method for reporting harassment, safety concerns or suspicious activity directly to the TTC’s Transit Control Centre.

- Speak to TTC employees at stations or Operators on buses and streetcars.
- At stations, use the Passenger Assistance Intercom at the entrance or at the Designated Waiting Area on the platform.
- If travelling on a subway or LRT vehicle, push the yellow strip above the window in the event of a medical emergency that requires police, fire or ambulance. The train or LRT vehicle will travel into the station, and an Operator will come to assist.

- TTC staff, including Special Constables, will be available throughout the system and in key locations in the downtown core to assist at any time.

Expanded safety measures on the TTC for FIFA World Cup 2026™
The TTC is committed to ensuring everyone feels safe on the system, and is strengthening coverage and visibility across the network for FIFA World Cup 2026™:
- Increased deployment of Special Constables will enhance systemwide coverage, support vulnerable customers, and allow for quicker response when issues arise.
- A new Core Response Bicycle Unit will add mobility and agility during the tournament.
- Expanded Provincial Offences Officer presence will support fare compliance and contribute to overall system safety through high visibility enforcement.
- Additional contract security guards will broaden frontline coverage and support proactive monitoring across stations and vehicles, helping deter unsafe behaviour.

Know Before You Go

Fares and Proof-of-Payment
You can pay your TTC fare using a PRESTO card (digital or physical card), Interac® Debit or credit card. Simply tap the fare reader located inside buses and streetcars, at the entrances to subway or light rail transit (LRT) stations, or on street level platforms on Line 5 Eglinton and Line 6 Finch West.
Tap the same payment card every time you board a bus, streetcar, LRT, or subway and ride the TTC as much as you want within a two-hour period for free transfers.
A limited-edition PRESTO commemorative card can be purchased for $4 at select transit locations including Union Station and Bloor–Yonge Station while supplies last. There will be signage on fare vending machines and ticket vending machines to confirm the cards are available before purchase.
Cash fares are also accepted on the TTC. Deposit exact change (coins or bills) in fare boxes at stations and on buses, or fare vending machines on streetcars.
Children aged 12 and under ride for free.

Proof-of-Payment
A tapped Interac® Debit or credit card, digital or physical PRESTO card or PRESTO Ticket is your Proof-of-Payment. It must be carried at all times and must be shown on request. If paying cash, you must get a paper transfer from a bus Operator or transfer machine as your Proof-of-Payment.

Lost Items
The TTC Lost Articles Office is located at Bay Station on Line 2 (Bloor-Danforth) and is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. (closed on statutory holidays.) Call 416-393-4100 from Monday to Friday from noon to 5 p.m. to inquire about a lost item.

Parking
Paid commuter parking at TTC lots is available Monday to Friday between 5 a.m. to 2 a.m. and is free on weekends and holidays where applicable (please see conditions of each lot). Please note: No overnight parking is allowed at any lot between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. every day.
