2024-2028 Multi-Year Accessibility Plan Phase 1 Consultations
The TTC has been working to identify and remove barriers to accessibility, guided by our accessibility plans. The TTC is for everyone, and we want to make sure our service reflects that. Now, work is underway on the next Multi-Year Accessibility Plan, and from October 4 to November 16, customers can give their feedback through our online survey, a virtual focus group, and at our pop-up engagements.

Policies and Planning
The Accessible Transit Services Plan documents report on the status of the various TTC accessibility initiatives and ongoing plans. Our accessibility policies are in place to meet the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, and to guide us in creating an accessible transit system that makes Toronto proud.
Advisory Committee on Accessible Transit and Public Forums
The TTC's Advisory Committee on Accessible Transit (ACAT) provides advice and guidance on matters related to accessible transportation, to the board of the Toronto Transit Commission. We also want you to share your ideas on how to improve our services and facilities for people with disabilities at our Public Forums on Accessible Transit.
