Customer Service Centre Office is closed
The Customer Service Centre Office on the main floor of 1900 Yonge Street is closed as of November 28, 2025, to prepare the space for the Lost Articles Office to move into from Bay Station in early 2026.
Customers can continue to call the Customer Service team at 416-393-3030, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week (except statutory holidays), or the Customer Information team at 416-393-4636, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., seven days a week (except statutory holidays).
Please feel free to contact us by phone, online or in-person at our Customer Service Centre.
