TTC Photo ID Office

The TTC Photo ID Office is located on the concourse level at Bathurst Station on Line 2.

Hours of operation

• Monday - Friday: 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
• Saturday: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Sunday: Closed

• TTC Support Person Assistance Card production 

TTC Post-Secondary Photo ID Card

All eligible post-secondary students are required to get this card in order to purchase and load a TTC Post-Secondary Monthly Pass onto a PRESTO card. 

Students must carry their TTC Post-Secondary Photo ID Card when travelling on the TTC and using their monthly pass. 

The card costs $5.25, payable by Interac debit, VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash.

Cards can also be purchased during one of the on-campus university or college visits. Cards cost $7.00, payable by Interac debit, VISA, Mastercard, Apply Pay, Google Pay, or exact cash.

Support Person Assistance Card

Customers requiring support while travelling on the TTC can apply for a Support Person Assistance Card. Applications can be submitted and Support Person Assistance Cards can be produced at the Photo ID Centre. Applicants must attend in-person.

Chairs are available upon request, should you require one while on site.  

There is no charge for the Support Person Assistance Card.
