Take the TTC to The Santa Claus Parade and the Holly Jolly Fun Run
The 121st annual Santa Claus Parade and the Holly Jolly Fun Run are taking place on Sunday, November 23 and the TTC can take you there!
The Holly Jolly Fun Run will start at 11:45 a.m. on 625 Bloor Street West, just west of Bathurst Street between Palmerston and Euclid avenues. It will then follow the same route as the parade but will end at Yonge Street and Wellington Street West.
The Santa Claus Parade will start at 12:30 p.m. at Bloor Street West and Christie Street directly outside Christie Station.
Parade route:
- From Bloor Street West and Christie Street, the parade will continue eastbound along Bloor Street West to Spadina Avenue, southbound on Spadina Avenue to Hoskin Avenue and eastbound to Queen’s Park Crescent East.
- The parade will then travel down University Avenue to Wellington Street, continue east along Wellington Street West, south on Yonge Street and east on Front Street East.
- The parade will end at the intersection of Front Street East and Jarvis Street in front of St. Lawrence Market.

The following stations are conveniently located along the parade route:
- Line 1 Yonge-University: Spadina, St George, Museum, Queen’s Park, St Patrick, Osgoode, Queen, King, St Andrew and Union stations
- Line 2 Bloor-Danforth: Christie, Bathurst, Spadina, and St George.
All stations are fully accessible, with the exception of King, Museum and Spadina stations.
TTC staff will be available to assist customers at all stations.

Route diversions
The following bus and streetcar routes will divert due to road closures starting at approximately 7 a.m.
- 13 Avenue Road
- 19 Bay
- 75 Sherbourne
- 94A Wellesley
- 97 Yonge
- 114 Queens Quay East
- 121 Esplanade-River
- 126 Christie
- 300 Bloor-Danforth
- 503 Kingston Rd
- 511 Bathurst
504 King, 505 Dundas, 506 Carlton, 509 Harbourfront, 510 Spadina and 512 St Clair streetcars will continue to operate throughout the parade. Please allow extra travel time if you are travelling via these routes, as Toronto Police and TTC personnel will only permit streetcars through when there are gaps in the parade.
