Phase 1 Restoration Work
Starting as early asSeptember 15 and for approximately three weeks*, Toronto Hydro will install new poles at each of the four corners of Spadina Road and Lowther Avenue, and relocate overhead wires at the intersection. This work is part of Phase 1 restoration on the west side of Spadina Road (at Lowther Avenue) and Phase 2 commencement on the east side of Spadina Road (at Lowther Avenue).
What to Expect
Noise, vibration, and dust are expected.
Construction vehicles, including a hydrovac truck, are expected to be on the site.
Toronto Hydro and its subcontractor’s crew are expected to be on the site.
Work hours
Construction work is expected to occur Monday to Friday between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Some work on weekends and overnight may be required.
Transit Service
No new impact on transit service is expected due to this work.
