Sidewalk Access Update West of Spadina Road at Lowther Avenue
As early as August 26, the sidewalk at the northwest corner will reopen, and the sidewalk at the southwest corner will be temporarily closed as restoration work at street-level continues for Phase 1(Elevator 2 or E2).
What to Expect
The sidewalk at the southwest corner of Spadina Road and Lowther Avenue will be temporarily closed.
Vibration, noise, and dust are expected.
Construction crew and machine/equipment operation are expected on site.
Work hours
Construction work is expected to occur Monday to Friday between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Some work on weekends and overnight may be required.
