Replacing the diesel generators with natural gas generators
Effective until Q22026
As part of the TTC’s commitment to modernization, the diesel generator at 4 Glenayr Road, 2 Church Avenue, and 710 Birchmount Road will be replaced with a natural gas generator.

Work Area The work will take place within TTC property.
Access Trucks will be visible in the area, vehicular and pedestrian access on Glenayr Road may temporarily be reduced but will be maintained.
Work hours
Construction activity will take place between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday to Friday. Some noise is expected during construction.
