506/306 Carlton streetcars will divert via Bay Street, Dundas Street West/East, Broadview Avenue, Queen Street East and Coxwell Avenue.
506/306 Carlton replacement buses will operate between Coxwell Station and Jarvis and Carlton streets.
506B/306B Carlton buses will operate between Spadina Station and Gerrard Street East and Broadview Avenue.
Eastbound: from Spadina Avenue, east on College/Carlton streets, south on Parliament Street and east on Gerrard Street East, to Broadview Avenue.
Westbound: from Broadview Avenue, west on Gerrard Street East, north on Parliament Street, west on Carlton Street, north on Yonge Street, west on Wellesley Street West, south on Bay Street and west on College Street, to Spadina Avenue.

Eastbound 506B/306B buses: board on the west side of Spadina Avenue, north of College Street.
Westbound streetcars: board on the north side of College Street, east of Spadina Avenue.
Westbound 506/306 buses: board on the west side of Broadview Avenue, north of (lower) Gerrard Street East.
Eastbound streetcars: board on the east side of Broadview Avenue, north of (lower) Gerrard Street East.
Customers travelling east of Broadview Avenue or west of Jarvis Street can transfer between 506/306 Carlton replacement buses and 506B/306B Carlton buses in the area of Gerrard Street East and Sackville Avenue.
