506B/306B Carlton buses will operate between Spadina Station and Gerrard Street East and Broadview Avenue.
Eastbound: from Spadina Avenue, east on College/Carlton streets, south on Parliament Street and east on Gerrard Street East, to Broadview Avenue.
Westbound: from Broadview Avenue, west on Gerrard Street East, north on Parliament Street, west on Carlton Street, north on Jarvis Street, west on Wellesley Street East/West, south on Bay Street and west on College Street, to Spadina Avenue.

Westbound streetcars: board on the north side of College Street, east of Spadina Avenue.
Westbound 506/306 buses: board on the west side of Broadview Avenue, north of (lower) Gerrard Street East.
Eastbound streetcars: board on the east side of Broadview Avenue, north of (lower) Gerrard Street East.
