Take the TTC to Nuit Blanche
The annual Nuit Blanche all-night contemporary art festival is back from October 3-4, transforming the city with immersive contemporary installations, performances and memorable experiences from sunset to sunrise.
Nuit Blanche begins at 7 p.m. on Saturday, October 3 and concludes at 7 a.m. on Sunday, October 4. The TTC is making it easier for you to travel to and from the festivities, with extended subway service and additional surface route options.
Here is what you need to know:
- Subway service on Line 1 (Yonge-University) and Line 2 (Bloor-Danforth) will be extended between 1:30 a.m. and 8 a.m. on Sunday, October 4.
- Subway service on both lines will operate all night, with trains arriving approximately every 15 minutes.
- All stations on Line 1 and Line 2 will remain open overnight, and Blue Night Network buses will enter stations for pick‑up and drop‑off.
- The 944 Kipling South Express and 100 Flemingdon Park will run overnight between 1 a.m. and 8 a.m. on Sunday, October 4.
Please note: Subway and LRT service will end at their regular hours on Line 4 Sheppard, Line 5 Eglinton and Line 6 Finch West.
Accessibility:
College and King stations are not accessible. Customers travelling along College and Carlton streets can use the 506 Carlton streetcar or access Line 1 at Queen’s Park Station.
Customers travelling along King Street can take the 504 King streetcar or access Line 1 at Queen, Union or St Andrew stations.

Here are the stations and routes that offer convenient access to multiple art installations across the city:

Downtown
Line 1 (Yonge-University)
- Along College and Carlton streets: Queen's Park Station and College Station
- Along Dundas Street: St Patrick Station and TMU Station
- Along Queen Street, King Street, Richmond Street and Adelaide Street: Osgoode Station, St Andrew Station, Queen Station and King Station
- Along Harbourfront and Bay Street: Union Station

Kensington-Chinatown
- Take Line 2 (Bloor-Danforth) to Spadina Station and board a southbound 510A Spadina streetcar.
- Take Line 1 (Yonge-University) to St Patrick Station and board a westbound 505 Dundas streetcar.

Trinity-Bellwoods
- Take Line 1 (Yonge-University) to Osgoode Station and board a 501 Queen streetcar.
- Take Line 2 (Bloor-Danforth) to Ossington Station and board a 63 Ossington bus, operates until 1 a.m. After that, use Blue Night Network buses for overnight service.

North York-Willowdale
- Take Line 1 (Yonge-University) to North York Centre Station to explore art installations in the area.

Don Mills
- To visit the Aga Khan Museum and Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre, take Line 5 (Eglinton) to Aga Khan Station. Regular service operates until 1 a.m.
- After 1 a.m., use the Blue Night Network, or take Line 2 (Bloor-Danforth) to Pape Station and board a 100 Flemingdon Park bus, which will operate overnight for the event.

Etobicoke
- Take Line 2 (Bloor-Danforth) to Kipling Station.
- Alternatively, take the 944 Kipling South Express bus, which operates overnight and provides access to installations throughout Etobicoke in the city’s west end.
The following route will divert for Nuit Blanche activities due to road closures:
19 Bay
From 7 p.m. on Saturday, October 3 to 7 a.m. on Sunday, October 4, 2026
19 Bay buses will divert as follows:
Southbound: from Bay Street, west on Dundas Street West, south on University Avenue, east on Adelaide Street West and south on Bay Street, to regular route.
Northbound: from Bay Street, west on Richmond Street West, north on University Avenue, east on Dundas Street West and north on Bay Street, to regular route.
Stops not served: Bay Street between Dundas and Richmond streets west, southbound Bay Street between Richmond and Adelaide streets west.
