TTC Communications and Connectivity survey
Survey open from June 2-15, 2025
TTC is seeking feedback from customers to better understand how communications and connectivity across the system impact their journeys.
Through a short survey, customers have an opportunity to share information about your access to and use of public Wi-Fi, where you get TTC information, how you use your device while travelling, how important cellular service and/or access to public Wi-Fi is for your sense of safety and what you do when you do not have cellular service and/or a Wi-Fi connection while travelling on the TTC.
Complete the survey online by June 15, 2025.
