Share Your Feedback and Help Improve TTC Service Quality

At the TTC, we always look for ways to improve our service quality and enhance the customer experience. We're inviting you to participate in our 2023 customer satisfaction surveys.

From March 27 to April 30, 2023, we'll conduct surveys to gain valuable insight from customers on our subway and streetcar services. By sharing your thoughts and feedback on areas such as reliability, accessibility, and security, you can help us identify areas for improvement and work towards providing even better service to TTC customers across the GTA.

The surveys only take 3-5 minutes to complete and cover various service quality areas, including customer care, comfort, and security.
