Select bus route and station changes coming in preparation for future LRT service
Service changes will take effect on seven bus routes and two new routes will be introduced as part of the approved Line 6 Surface Network Plan.
In addition, the bus terminal at Mount Dennis Station and the three entrances at Cedarvale Station will open. Access to Line 5 Eglinton at these stations will remain closed until the opening date, which has not been set.
On Sunday, November 16, the following service changes will be implemented:
Line 6 Surface Network Plan

36 Finch West
Service between Finch West and Finch stations will be consolidated into a single branch: 36 Finch West (Finch West Stn-Finch Stn).
36C Finch West will operate between Finch West Station and Humberwood via Humber College seven days a week in all periods and will serve all local stops. This service will replace 36B (Finch West-Humberwood).
36D (Finch West-Weston Rd & Milvan) will be replaced by 119B Torbarrie (see bl.
36F (Finch West-Weston Rd & Milvan via Fenmar) will be replaced by the new 166 Toryork.

37 Islington
The 37A Islington branch will be extended to the Humber College Bus Terminal, partially replacing the 36B Finch West branch on Humberwood and Humberline boulevards. Buses will loop at the bus terminal on campus and will not serve Humber College Station directly.

101 Downsview Park
Two new branches will be introduced to partially replace service provided by the existing 107 York University Heights and 128 Stanley Greene:
101A Downsview Park will operate between Finch West Station and Stanley Greene via Downsview Park Station during off-peak periods only.
101B Downsview Park Will operate between Finch West and Wilson stations via Stanley Greene in peak periods only.

107 Alness-Chesswood - New
A new route will operate between Sheppard West and Finch West stations, partially replacing 107 York University Heights service.

119 Torbarrie
Two new branches will be introduced to replace 36F Finch West service and to improve connections to Arrow Road and the future Finch West Station:
119A Torbarrie will operate middays only between Wilson Station and Arrow Road via Torbarrie and Clayson roads.
199B Torbarrie will operate between Wilson Station and Milvan Drive and Wilson Road via Fenmar Drive during peak periods only.

166 Toryork – New
This new route will operate between Pioneer Village Station and Toryork Drive and Weston Road during peak periods only to replace 36D Finch West service.

The 927D Highway 27 Express route will be extended to Signal Hill Avenue and Steeles Avenue West via Royalcrest Drive, providing new connections to employment areas and the future Humber College Station.

The route will be extended to Humberwood Boulevard to replace 36B Finch West service and will serve all local stops west of Humber College Bus Terminal.

Mount Dennis Bus Terminal
On November 16, the bus terminal at Mount Dennis Station will be open for customer pick-up and drop-off on the following TTC bus routes:
- 32D Eglinton West
- 73B Royal York
- 161 Rogers Rd
- 164 Castlefield
- 168 Symington
- 171 Mount Dennis
- Wheel-Trans

Customers will also be able to connect to Kitchener GO and UP Express to Pearson Airport. For service and schedules, please visit metrolinx.com.
The station will be open as follows and TTC staff will be on site for assistance:
- Monday to Friday – 5:10 a.m. to 3 a.m.
- Weekends/holidays – 5:50 a.m. to 3 a.m.
The following amenities will be available:
- Washrooms
- Enclosed waiting area
- Elevators and escalators
- Passenger Assistance Intercoms
- Passenger Pick-up and Drop-off
Access to Line 5 will remain closed until the opening date, which has not been set.

TRAVEL TIP #1: 32D (Eglinton West Stn-Jane & Emmett) will be adjusted to enter Mount Dennis Bus Terminal providing customers living and working on Emmett Avenue connections to and from UP Express (to Pearson Airport,) Kitchener GO, six TTC bus routes, and Wheel-Trans service.
Customers wanting to connect to and from Line 1 can take advantage of the one-seat ride between Eglinton West and Mount Dennis stations.
TRAVEL TIP #2: All other branches of 32 Eglinton West will continue to operate along on Eglinton Avenue West and serve on-street stops; these buses will not enter Mount Dennis Station.
Customers travelling west of Eglinton Avenue West at Emmett Avenue can access buses at existing on-street stops on Eglinton Avenue West at Weston Road.
Customer travelling east of Eglinton West Station can access buses at existing on-street stops on Eglinton Avenue West at Mount Dennis Station.
TRAVEL TIP #3: For customers travelling in the early morning before the bus terminal opens, 171B Mount Dennis buses will pick up and drop off at the stop on the north side of Eglinton Avenue West, west of Keelesdale Road, not within the terminal.

Cedarvale Station
On November 16, the three Line 5 Cedarvale Station entrances and pedestrian underpass connecting to Line 1 via Eglinton West Station will be open to customers:
Eglinton Avenue West and Park Hill (northeast corner)
Eglinton Avenue West and Allen Road (northeast corner)
- Eglinton Avenue West and Everden Road (southwest corner)

The station will be open as follows and TTC staff will be on site for assistance:
- Monday to Friday – 5:50 a.m. to 2:10 a.m.
- Saturdays/holidays – 6 a.m. to 2:05 a.m.
- Sundays – 7:45 a.m. – 2:05 a.m.
While customers will be able to enter Cedarvale Station from any entrance and connect to Line 1 subway service and buses via Eglinton West Station, access to Line 5 will remain closed until an official opening date has been announced.
To connect to Line 1, tap at the fare gates or deposit cash in the fare box and get a paper transfer, then follow the signs to Line 1 subway or the bus terminal. TTC staff will be on-site for assistance.
Proof-of-payment is always required. Your tapped PRESTO, debit or credit card, mobile wallet, PRESTO Ticket, or a paper transfer (when you pay with cash) is your Proof-of-Payment.
Customers will have access to PRESTO machines to buy PRESTO cards and Tickets, load money and monthly passes, and check card balances.
Escalators and elevators will be in service. Washrooms will be out of service.
Access to Line 5 Eglinton will remain closed until the opening date, which has not been set.
