TTC July Metropass features art from the Kingsway

The TTC’s July Metropass, on sale Sun., June 24 - Thurs., July 5, showcases a mural painted by artist Jim Bravo.

The art, commissioned by the Kingsway BIA and completed in 2011, was developed in consultation with the local community. The imagery is colourful, whimsical and heavily stylized. The narrative of the mural reads from left to right as a chronicle of the area's changing faces, fashions and local commerce through the ages. 

All 2018 TTC Metropasses feature images of different, distinctly Toronto murals from GTA neighbourhoods.

Metropasses are available for purchase at collector booths and participating TTC fare agents and are $146.25 for adults and $116.75 for seniors (65+), students (13-19) and post-secondary students with valid ID.
