The TTC launched its new and improved website today with the beta release of the redesigned TTC.ca. Easier to navigate and fully accessible, the new site provides a seamless experience on a smart phone, tablet or desktop computer. The TTC last redesigned its website in 2008.
As the site is still in beta testing, not all of the new features are available yet. For trip-planning, checking schedules and getting service alerts, visitors should continue to use the existing ttc.ca website.
The new website, found at beta.ttc.ca, was designed based on feedback from our customers to our existing website. During the beta stage, the TTC wants feedback. Visitors to the site can submit comments at: http://www.ttc.ca/Customer_Service/Compliments_Complaints_Suggestions/index.jsp.
The final phase of the new website will launch in the third quarter of this year.
