Line 2 (Bloor-Danforth)–St George to Broadview stations – Full weekend closure – Saturday, November 7 and Sunday, November 8, 2026

Subway service on Line 2 between St George and Broadview stations will be replaced by shuttle buses on Saturday, November 7 and Sunday, November 8 for planned track work.

TTC staff will be available to assist customers. Wheel-Trans service will be available upon request for any customer requiring assistance.

Bay and Sherbourne stations will be closed. The Yonge Street entrance to Line 2 at Bloor-Yonge Station will be closed. All other TTC subway stations will remain open for customers to purchase or load a PRESTO card, PRESTO Ticket and connect to surface routes.

Regular subway service will resume on Monday, November 9 at approximately 6 a.m.

While the TTC does most subway maintenance at the end of service each night, it continues to require early nightly and weekend closures to complete state-of-good-repair work.
