Take the TTC this Halloween weekend

The TTC is encouraging customers to take transit this Halloween weekend when travelling to events and celebrations across the city. Customers are encouraged to plan their trips in advance and check for any service changes before travelling.

Late opening on Line 2 between Jane and Ossington stations

Subway service on Line 2 Bloor-Danforth between Jane and Ossington stations will be replaced by shuttle buses until 12 p.m. on Sun., Nov. 1, while crews replace a rail joint in the closure area that connects sections of track, to ensure a smoother ride for customers.

TTC staff will be available to assist customers and answer questions they may have, and Wheel-Trans service will be available upon request.

Runnymede, High Park, Lansdowne and Dufferin stations will be closed, as will the Indian Grove entrance at Keele Station. All other stations will remain open for customers to purchase or load a PRESTO card, PRESTO Ticket, and connect to surface routes.

While the TTC does most subway maintenance after service each night, it continues to require weekend and early weeknight closures to complete critical infrastructure and state-of-good-repair work.
