TTC seeks rider feedback on Lines 5 and 6

The TTC is inviting customers who use Line 5 Eglinton and Line 6 Finch West to share their experiences with the new transit lines by completing an online survey.

Available as of today, October 5, the survey asks participants about their overall experience using the lines, including service satisfaction, ease of use, and travel habits. The feedback will help the TTC better understand customer needs and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.

The survey is being administered by an independent third-party research firm, and all responses will remain confidential.

Line 6 Finch West opened in December 2025, followed by Line 5 Eglinton in February 2026. The TTC operates both lines, bringing more than a century of experience providing safe, reliable public transit to Toronto residents and visitors.

Both lines are owned by Metrolinx and are maintained by third parties. Mosaic Transit Partners for Line 6 Finch West and Crosslinx Transit Solutions for Line 5 Eglinton under contract to Metrolinx. Under agreements with Metrolinx and the City of Toronto, the TTC is responsible for operating trains, staffing stations, providing customer service, revenue collection, and security functions.
