Upcoming TTC service adjustments


There are no scheduled subway closures this weekend and with plenty of transit options, the TTC is the fastest, most convenient, and eco-friendly way to get to and from all the events and attractions across Toronto.

 

Under Armour Toronto 10K

 

On Sat., April 18, several road closures will be in place for the Under Armour Toronto 10K, and the TTC will be redirecting bus and streetcar routes around affected areas. To avoid disruptions to their travel plans, customers are strongly encouraged to visit the TTC website for detailed information on route changes and schedules.

 

The following routes will be affected:

 

  • 501 Queen
  • 503 Kingston Rd
  • 504 King
  • 509 Harbourfront
  • 19 Bay
  • 97C Yonge
  • 114 Queens Quay East
  • 121 The Esplanade- River

 

Streetcar service adjustments

 

  • Until Fri. April 17, and again between Sun., April 19 and Fri., April 24, nightly between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m., 506/306 Carlton streetcars will divert both ways on Dundas St. via Spadina Ave. and Parliament St, due to streetcar infrastructure work. 506B/306B Carlton replacement buses will operate between Spadina Ave. and Sackville St.

     

  • Starting on Fri., April 17 to Sun. April 19, nightly between 10 p.m. to 4 a.m., service on the 509 Harbourfront and 510/310 Spadina streetcars will be adjusted during TTC overhead work in the Harbourfront Tunnel. 509 Harbourfront streetcars will run between Exhibition Loop and Queens Quay Loop (Queens Quay and Spadina Ave.). 510/310 Spadina streetcars will operate between Spadina Station and Queens Quay Loop. Service between Union Station and Queens Quay Loop will be replaced by buses.

     

  • Beginning Mon., April 20, to Thurs., April 23, 510/310 Spadina streetcars will divert nightly between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. to Bathurst Station, via College and Bathurst streets, during TTC infrastructure work. 510/310 Spadina replacement buses will operate between Spadina Station and College St.
