Take the TTC out to the ball games!

As the Toronto Blue Jays head to their first World Series in 32 years, the TTC is adding subway service this weekend to help fans get to Rogers Centre and the numerous viewing parties.

To help fans travel quickly and safely, additional subway service will be running on Line 1 Yonge-University (six extra trains) and Line 2 Bloor-Danforth (three extra trains).

There are no planned subway closures this weekend, and scheduled subway work next week is being adjusted to ensure it doesn’t impact travel for fans on game days.

In the event of a Game 7 on Nov. 1, the planned closure next weekend (Nov. 1 and 2) will be shortened to a single day – Nov. 2 only.

To assist customers on home game days, there will be additional TTC staff at Union Station and other key hubs in the downtown core.

The TTC is committed to keeping customers informed about work and events that impact service, as well as alternate route options. For the most up-to-date information, follow @TTCNotices on X or sign up for eAlerts.
