TTC seeking customer feedback for second-round consultations on its 2023 Annual Service Plan
The TTC is continuing to prepare its 2023 Annual Service Plan (ASP), and is seeking feedback from customers and stakeholders in a second round of consultations.
“The Annual Service Plan sets out how the TTC will serve customers in the upcoming year, and I encourage all customers to participate in the 2023 survey,” said TTC CEO Rick Leary. “We will be using the feedback received in this round of consultations to better understand customer concerns and priorities, and ensure that any planned service changes reflect their needs.”
During round-one consultations, customers provided feedback on three main priority areas - COVID-19 learnings, Line 3 surface route changes, and proposed surface routes that will connect to the upcoming Line 6 Finch West.
After reviewing the feedback provided, the TTC has finalized additional route changes to supplement the Line 3 bus replacement plan, refined and expanded proposals for the Line 6 Surface Network Changes, and developed proposals based on the findings from COVID-19 learnings for eight additional areas across the city, namely:
- East A - Northeast Scarborough
- East B - Scarborough East
- Southeast - South Scarborough-Beaches
- Northwest - Humberwood
- North-Central - York Mills & Leslie
- Southwest - South Etobicoke
- Toronto Zoo
- Liberty Village
The TTC will also be holding public information sessions across the city this week and next. The sessions will provide an opportunity for people to hear about the TTC’s proposed changes, and will be held at the following locations:
- Tues. Oct 25
- 7:30 – 9:30 a.m. - Warden Station
- 5 - 7 p.m. - Centennial Recreation Centre – Scarborough
