TTC hosts vaccine clinics at Wilson and Victoria Park Stations

The TTC is continuing its vaccination drive, with additional clinics scheduled at two stations this week. Starting tomorrow, Oct. 13, until Fri., Oct. 15, the TTC will host vaccination clinics at Wilson Station. Thurs., Oct. 14 and Fri., Oct. 15, clinics will also be held at Victoria Park Station. All clinics will be open to TTC customers, employees and members of the public.

"Thousands of people have been able to get vaccinated in our TTC vaccination clinics across our transit system," said Mayor John Tory. "This is a great example of cooperation across our City government to help residents have easy access to COVID-19 vaccines and it is making a real difference in people getting vaccinated. Thank you to the TTC and all members of Team Toronto involved in this ongoing effort."

"I commend the TTC for continuing to work with health partners to make vaccinations accessible to all. If you are still not fully vaccinated, please take advantage of the opportunity to get your shot by visiting either of these locations," said TTC Chair Jaye Robinson.

"We're steadfast in our commitment to help the people of Toronto get easy access to vaccinations and we're so proud to do our part to help," said TTC CEO Rick Leary. "I am pleased that so many people are taking the opportunity to get vaccinated at TTC stations. We will continue to look at opportunities to run these clinics with the help of our partners, so that every Toronto resident is able to get their shot."

Roughly 4000 doses have been administered at TTC-hosted clinics, many of which were first doses.

The clinics are being held in partnership with East Toronto Health Partners, and Humber River Hospital. All locations will operate from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day while supplies last.

Those visiting the vaccine clinics who are not travelling on the TTC will not be required to pay a fare. First and second doses will be offered to everyone born in 2009 or earlier (turning 12 or older this year). No appointments will be required, and both Pfizer and Moderna vaccines will be available.

Customers are encouraged to visit ttc.ca for additional information and to stay informed on any future TTC-hosted vaccination clinics.
