Subway service to end early on portion of TTC Line 1 this coming Monday to Thursday

This Mon., May 11 through Thurs., May 14, subway service on the portion of Line 1 between St Clair and Union stations will end at 11 p.m. for track work.

Replacement shuttle buses will run frequently, stopping at each station along the route. TTC staff will be on hand to direct customers to shuttle boarding and offloading locations, which will vary from station to station.

Summerhill, College, Dundas and Queen stations will be closed. All other stations will remain open for PRESTO fare sales and access to surface routes and Line 2.

Customers requiring Wheel-Trans can speak with any TTC customer service staff member for assistance.

While the TTC does most subway maintenance at the conclusion of service each night, it continues to require weekend and early weeknight closures to complete critical infrastructure and ATC upgrades.
