Portion of TTC Line 1 to close early next Monday to Thursday

The portion of Line 1 between Wilson and St Clair West stations will close at 11 p.m. next Mon., Nov. 11 through Thurs., Nov. 14 for track maintenance.

Replacement shuttle buses will run, stopping at each station along the route. TTC staff will be on hand to direct customers to the appropriate shuttle locations, which will vary from station to station.

All stations will remain open for fare sales and access to surface routes.

Wheel-Trans will be available upon request from any station throughout the closure. As Wilson Station is not yet accessible, customers who require an accessible connection should use Sheppard West Station instead.

While the TTC does most subway maintenance at the conclusion of service each night, it continues to require weekend and early weeknight closures to complete critical infrastructure and ATC upgrades.
