A portion of TTC Line 2 to open late this Saturday

The portion of Line 2 between St George and Broadview stations will be closed until noon this Sat., Jun. 1 for maintenance on the Prince Edward (Bloor) Viaduct. Shuttle buses will run, stopping at each station along the route.

Sherbourne and Bay stations will be closed until noon, but all other stations will remain open for fare sales and transfers to surface routes. TTC staff will be on hand to direct customers to shuttle boarding locations, which will vary at each station.
Wheel-Trans will be available upon request from any station. Customers can speak with a TTC staff member for more information about service frequency.

Also this weekend, the Manulife Ride for Heart will be held on Sunday, shutting down the Gardiner Expressway and Don Valley Parkway for several hours. The 29/329 Dufferin and 121 Fort York-Esplanade will divert from their usual routing to accommodate the event. Thoroughfares like Yonge St., Bayview Ave., Bathurst St. and Lake Shore Blvd. are expected to be busier than usual.
Customers are encouraged to allow for extra travel time due to the added volume and plan ahead using ttc.ca.

The TTC is committed to keeping customers informed about work and events that impact service and about alternative routes. For the most up-to-date information, follow @TTCNotices on Twitter or sign up for eAlerts at ttc.ca.
