Reminder: Portion of TTC Line 2 closed for track work this weekend

The TTC is reminding customers that Line 2 Bloor-Danforth will be closed between Kipling and Jane this weekend for track work and maintenance. All stations will remain open for fare sales and connections to surface vehicles.

Shuttle buses will run frequently throughout the closure, stopping at each station along the route. Wheel-Trans buses will also be available for anyone requiring an accessible connection. Customers can speak with any TTC employee to request the service and for more information about service frequency.

The TTC advises customers travelling to Pearson Airport on Saturday or Sunday to leave themselves extra travel time and to consider using UP Express from Dundas West or Union stations.

The TTC is committed to keeping customers informed about subway closures and alternative routes. Customer service ambassadors will be on-site and available to answer questions throughout the weekend. - April 21-22 - Line 1 Yonge-University - St Clair West to Union for ATC signal upgrades
- April 28-29 - Line 2 - Woodbine to Kennedy for track work
- May 12-13 - Line 1 - Lawrence West to Finch West for ATC signal upgrades
