TTC Stuff-the-Bus drive set to collect new, unwrapped toys

For the tenth year, TTC employees will hold their annual Stuff-the-Bus toy drive starting this weekend at participating Walmart stores across Toronto. This year, four TTC buses will be set up as drop-off stops for new, unwrapped toys, which will be donated to the Canadian Centre for Abuse Awareness.

The weekend's drive officially kicks off on Q107's Derringer in the Morning show on Friday as TTC CEO Andy Byford accepts donations on a bus outside the Corus Quay Building between 6 and 7 a.m. The bus will then park in front of the Walmart store at 1900 Eglinton Ave. E. (at Pharmacy Ave.) from noon to 8 p.m.

This year, a special Stuff-the-Streetcar toy drive has been added on Sat., Dec. 3 at Woodbine streetcar loop at Queen St. and Kingston Rd. from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
