TTC work to affect portion of Spadina streetcar

The TTC will conduct overhead wire and electrical work inside the Spadina Station streetcar tunnel on Feb. 27-28., starting Saturday morning at 6 a.m.

During this time, the 510/317 Spadina streetcar will divert using College St. and Bathurst St. to Bathurst Station.

A shuttle bus will operate on Spadina Ave. between Queen St. W. and Spadina Station.

Regular service will resume at 5 p.m. on Sunday afternoon.

Shuttle buses operating on streetcar routes will open all doors for boarding with proof-of-payment. As buses are not yet equipped with PRESTO devices, PRESTO users will need to pay with cash, tickets or tokens and take a transfer as proof-of-payment.
