TTC asks for customer input on proposed route changes

For the first time, the TTC is reaching out to its customers for input on proposed changes to service on two bus routes.  In 2014, the 72 Pape and 172 Cherry Street were created to accommodate construction downtown, which is now complete.

As a pilot, the TTC is asking customers to provide feedback on changes to these routes and what they might like to see to further improve their TTC experience. The success of this consultation will help inform future public consultations on other route and service changes.

Here’s how the public can get involved:

Survey
Complete a survey at ttc.ca/survey by Dec. 14.

“Meet the Planners”
TTC service planning staff will be out talking directly with customers about the service changes on Dec. 1 from
2 - 4 p.m. at George Brown College Waterfront campus located at 51 Dockside Dr.

Customers can also join the conversation via Twitter by tweeting @TTCPlanning or by using the hashtag #planTTC
