TTC to conduct track work at Carlton and Church this weekend

This weekend, on Sat., Feb. 21 and Sun., Feb. 22, the Toronto Transit Commission will be conducting track work at the intersection of Carlton St. and Church St. As a result, the 506 -306 Carlton streetcars will divert in both directions via College St., Bay St., Dundas St., Parliament St. back to route.

Replacement buses will operate during the diversion as follows:

• Westbound from Gerrard and River; west on Gerrard St. E., north on Parliament St., west on Carlton St., west on College St., south on McCaul St., west on Dundas St. W., north on Beverley St. to eastbound routing.
• Eastbound from Beverley St. and College St.; east on College St., east on Carlton St., south on Parliament St., east on Gerrard St., south of Broadview Ave., west on Dundas St. E., north on River St. to westbound routing.

Regular streetcar service will resume on Monday, February 23 at 5 a.m.
