TTC welcomes Santa and Mrs. Claus to the subway


Santa Claus, accompanied by Mrs. Claus and TTC Chair Josh Colle, will visit various subway stations on Mon., Dec. 14. This is an annual Christmas season event at the TTC.

You can see Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive at Bloor Station at 11 a.m.  Santa will unveil the spectacular Christmas train display, created by retired TTC employee Bill Marushiak. This motion-active display is an annual treat, for adults and kids alike.

Santa and Mrs. Claus will then hand out candy canes, wishing TTC customers and employees a Merry Christmas and a safe and joyous holiday season. Santa, Mrs. Claus and Chair Colle will then spread cheer holiday cheer on the subway.

Santa Claus will be performed by Brad Ross, the TTC’s Executive Director of Corporate Communications. Mrs. Claus will be performed by Cheryn Thoun, the TTC’s Head of Customer Communications.
