Reminder: TTC public forum on accessible transit


The Toronto Transit Commission’s annual public forum on accessibility is being held tomorrow evening.

Date:     Wednesday, September 17
Time:     6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Where:  Queen Elizabeth Exhibit Hall, Exhibition Place

TTC staff and members of the Advisory Committee on Accessible Transit will be available for one-on-one discussions starting at 6 p.m. The public forum gets underway at 7 p.m.

A shuttle bus will operate from Bathurst Station to the Queen Elizabeth Hall beginning at 5 p.m. with return buses starting at 9 p.m. Regularly scheduled accessible bus service is also available on the 29 Dufferin route. ASL, captioning and attendants will be available. Those unable to attend can follow the meeting on Twitter using the hashtag #TTCAccess.
