TTC’s Pape Station elevators now in operation

With the opening of the indoor passenger waiting area, bicycle parking and new elevators, the Toronto Transit Commission’s Pape Station is now fully accessible.

In August, Pape Station closed for 12 days to accelerate ongoing construction. During the closure, floors, stairs, finishes, ceilings and the new outdoor bus waiting area were completed.

The second exit will be completed by the end of the year.

Senior TTC managers, including CEO Andy Byford, will greet customers at Pape Station tomorrow morning from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

The TTC thanks customers and the local community for their patience as we work to improve transit in Toronto.
