Reminder, TTC fares to increase Jan. 1
The TTC is reminding customers that most TTC fares will increase on Wed., Jan. 1, 2014. For the new fare schedule, go to www.ttc.ca.
Refunds for 2013 TTC Senior/Student tickets and Day Passes can be made at the following locations.
• January 2 to December 31, 2014 at the TTC Head Office, 1900 Yonge Street (above the Davisville Subway Station) Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m.- 5 p.m. Extended hours, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. every Thursday and the first and last business day of each month. Closed on statutory holidays.
• January 2 to February 28, 2014, Bloor-Yonge Station, Collector Booth (Bloor Street southside entrance) Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• February 3 to February 28, 2014, Kipling and Warden stations, Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (excluding Family Day February 17, 2014)
• By mail, starting January 2, 2014. TTC Accounts Payable, 1900 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON M4S 1Z2. Please allow 6-8 weeks for refund.
Effective January 1, 2014, an extra 5 cents cash fare will be required when using 2013 TTC Senior/Student tickets.
After March 1, 2014, 2013 Senior/Student tickets and Day Passes cannot be used. Senior/Student tickets and Day Passes purchased prior to 2013 cannot be used at any time and will not be refunded.
