Free rides on vintage PCC streetcar cancelled due to winter storm

Free rides on the TTC’s vintage PCC streetcar have been cancelled due to last night’s winter storm.
At this time, TTC crews are focused on clearing overhead wires and restoring service on the wider streetcar network.
