TTC to introduce Group Station Managers

Toronto Transit Commission Chair Karen Stintz and CEO Andy Byford will introduce the TTC’s six new Group Station Managers to the public on April 18.

The implementation of Group Station Managers is one of the TTC’s 31 Customer Charter commitments it has made to transform and modernize its approach to customer service excellence.
