TTC to unveil new customer service initiative

The Toronto Transit Commission will announce a new customer service initiative during tomorrow’s regularly-scheduled public meeting of the Commission. TTC Chair Karen Stintz will unveil a new ambassador and information kiosk program at key downtown subway stations during the summer of 2011.
