Pizza Pizza sales in TTC subway stations help support the United Way


TTC Chief General Manager Gary Webster, Newstalk 1010 radio host John Tory, United Way of Toronto President Susan McIsaac, and Pizza Pizza Vice-President Pat Finelli will be on hand to sell pizza slices for $1 at Bloor-Yonge station this Wednesday, October 6, at 12:30 p.m.
 
In 2009, the TTC sold over 714,000 pieces of pizza to help raise $1.3 million for the United Way, a new TTC record. Over the past seven years, TTC employees and pensioners have raised more than $8 million for the United Way through events like pizza sales, payroll deduction, and the CN Tower climb.
