The Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) returns to the city from Sept. 5 to Sept. 15 with some TTC services being impacted. Street celebrations will result in the closure of King St. W. between Peter St. and University Ave. starting 5 a.m. on Thurs., Sept. 5 until 5 a.m. Mon., Sept. 9.

This Sat., Dec. 14 and Sun., Dec. 15, there will be no subway service on the portion of Line 1 Yonge-University between York Mills and St Clair stations due to work being conducted at track level. A frequent shuttle bus service will run, stopping at each station along the route. Extra Wheel Trans buses will operate between York Mills and St Clair stations for any customer requiring assistance.

Extended subway service for Nuit Blanche . The TTC is extending subway service on Lines 1 and 2 all night this weekend to help customers travel around the city and view Nuit Blanche exhibits with ease.

The TTC's network of express buses makes it easier for you to move across the city as quickly and efficiently as possible. Express Network routes have green route lozenges and 900-series route numbers to distinguish them from other bus and streetcar routes.
