A meeting of the Conduct Review Committee was held in Committee Room 2, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 100 Queen Street West, Toronto, on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at 11:21 a.m. for the purpose of discussing business related to the Company.

Lee (TTC Head of Commission Services), D. McDonald (Co-ordinator – Corporate Secretariat), and S. Ewert and N. Maraj (PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP) were present.

The Conduct Review Committee received the report on related party transactions for their review.
Board members were asked to disclose of any conflicts of interests or relationships with TTCICL claimants. Board members confirmed none. A. Heisey advised that his work at a law firm may involve working on TTC cases. He will check to confirm and report back.
