A meeting of the TCTI Audit Committee was held 1:40 p.m. on Thursday, April 25, 2013 in Committee Room 3, 2nd Floor, City Hall, Toronto in order to discuss business related to the Committee.

Thomas (TTC Supervisor – Accounting Policy & Financial Reporting), A. Ash (City Auditor General’s office), C. Russell and E. Mascoll (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and D. McDonald (Co-ordinator – Secretariat Services) were present.

(a) PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit Results Report on the Toronto Coach Terminal Inc. Consolidated Financial Statements for the Year Ended December 31, 2012

The Audit Committee:

1) Received the report from PricewaterhouseCoopers regarding the audit of the consolidated financial statements of the Toronto Coach Terminal Inc., for the year ended December 31, 2012, for information; and

2) Approved forwarding the report to a Special Meeting of Directors of the Toronto Coach Terminal Inc. on June 21, 2013 for information.

(b) Draft Consolidated Financial Statements of Toronto Coach Terminal Inc. for the Year Ended December 31, 2012

The Audit Committee:

1) Approved the draft consolidated financial statements of Toronto Coach Terminal Inc. (“TCTI”) for the year ended December 31, 2012; and

2) Approved forwarding of the consolidated financial statements to the Special Meeting of Directors of TCTI on June 21, 2013 for formal approval.
