501/301 Queen - NEW
There are currently two service changes on this route.
Effective: 4 am, October 15, 2024 to 5 am, November 15, 2024
501/301 Queen streetcars will divert both ways via Church Street, King Street and Spadina Avenue due to planned track renewal.
501/301 Queen Replacement Buses
Westbound: from Gerrard Street East, north St. Matthews Road, east Jack Layton Way, south Broadview Avenue, west Queen Street, south Church Street, west Richmond Street, north Bay Street, west Queen Street, north Bathurst to Wolseley Loop.
Eastbound: from Wolseley Loop, south Bathurst Street, east Queen Street, south Bay Street, east King Street, north Church Street, east Queen Street, north Broadview Avenue, west Gerrard Street East.
10:00 P.M. to 5:00 A.M., Daily – Eastbound ONLY
Eastbound: from Wolseley Loop, south Bathurst Street, east Queen Street, south University Avenue, east King Street, north Church Street, east Queen Street, north Broadview Avenue, west Gerrard Street.
Effective March 31, 2024 until further notice
Service on the 301 Queen will be restored to streetcar service. Streetcars will operate between Long Branch Loop and Neville Park Loop diverting via Spadina Avenue, King Street and Church Street to bypass Ontario Line construction at Queen Street and Yonge Street.
Existing 301 Queen bus service will be renamed to 301B Queen and operate between Bathurst Street and Broadview Avenue and Gerrard Street East every 30 minutes.
Eastbound buses: east Queen Street, south Bay Street, east King Street, north Church Street, east Queen Street, north Broadview Avenue, east Gerrard Street to St Matthews Road.
Westbound buses: north St Matthews Road, east Jack Layton Way, south Broadview Avenue west Queen Street, south Church Street, west Richmond Street, north Bay Street, west Queen Street to Bathurst Street.

509 Harbourfront – NEW
There is currently one service changes on this route.
Effective October 6, 2024
509 Harbourfront streetcar service will resume between Union Station and Queens Quay West at Spadina Avenue.
Customers travelling west of Spadina Avenue can board new 510D Spadina replacement buses, which will operate between Spadina Station and Exhibition Loop.

510/310 Spadina - NEW
There is currently one service change on this route.
Effective October 6, 2024
Service on the 510 Spadina will continue to be replaced by buses and will change as follows:
- 510C Spadina buses will operate between Spadina Station and King Street West, looping via Adelaide Street West and Charlotte Street.
- 510D Spadina buses will operate between Spadina Station and Exhibition Loop via Queens Quay West, Bathurst Street, Fort York Boulevard, and Fleet Street.
- 510B Spadina buses to Queens Quay West will be removed from service. Service on the 310 Spadina overnight route will not change.

511 Bathurst – NEW
There is currently one service change on this route.
11 p.m., October 30 to 4 a.m., October 31, and
11 p.m., October 31 to 4 a.m., November 1, 2024
511 Bathurst streetcars will turn back at Fleet Loop.
511 Bathurst replacement buses will operate as follows:
Westbound: from Bathurst Street, west on Fort York Boulevard, south on Iannuzzi Street and west on Fleet Street, to Exhibition Loop.
Eastbound: from Exhibition Loop, east on Fleet Street, south on Fort York Boulevard, east on Lake Shore Boulevard, east on Fleet Street and north on Bathurst Street, to Bathurst Station.
Transfer points;
Northbound streetcars: board on Bathurst Street (east side), south of Fort York Boulevard.
Westbound buses: board on Fort York Boulevard (north side), west of Bathurst Street.

512/312 St Clair
There is currently one service change on this route.
Effective November 1, 2024 - 11:00 PM to November 14, 2024 - 05:00 AM
512/312 St Clair streetcar service will be replaced by buses between St Clair Station and Gunns Loop from November 1 until 4 a.m., Thursday, November 14, due to planned upgrades at St Clair West Station.
Buses will use temporary curbside stops along the route. Customers at St Clair West Station can board these buses located on St Clair Avenue West, outside the main station entrance.
