SEE MEETING MINUTES
A special meeting of the Toronto Transit Commission was held in Committee Room 2, Toronto City Hall, 100 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario on Thursday, April 13, 2000 commencing at 12:00Noon.
Present - Committee of the Whole
H. Moscoe (Chair), R. Davis (Vice-Chair), G. Lindsay Luby, B. Ashton and J. Mihevc (Commissioners), R. Ducharme (Chief General Manager), V. Rodo (General Manager – Executive & General Secretary), G. Webster (General Manager – Operations), J. Sepulis (General Manager - Engineering & Construction), L. Hilborn (Deputy General Manager - Corporate), B. Leck (General Counsel), M. Stambler, (Manager - Service Planning), M. Roche (Chief Financial Officer), P. Buttigieg (Chief Accountant - Financial Services), W. Buffett (Assistant General Secretary) and F. Stanois (Coordinator - Secretariat Services) were present.
H. Moscoe was in the Chair.
Councillor Tom Jakobek, Chair - Budget Advisory Committee was present for the discussion of the items under consideration.

R. Ducharme, Chief General Manager, gave the attached overhead slide presentation entitled, "Response To City Budget Advisory Committee Recommendations."
The Commission Received The Presentation.
The meeting adjourned at 12:55 p.m. with the Commission agreeing to reconvene on Monday, April 17, 2000, at the call of the Chair, for further discussion of this issue.
