About Us
All procurement activity within the Commission is processed by the Materials and Procurement Department through either the Purchasing and Sales Section or the Project Procurement Section. Purchasing and Sales is responsible for the purchase of all inventory requirements and non-inventory requirements to support the day-to-day operation of the Commission and expedites receipt of goods purchased.
Project Procurement is responsible for the purchase of products and services to support both the Capital and Operating budgets with the bulk of the activity originating from Capital funded projects (i.e. construction related projects, consultant services, technical services, etc.).
If you are interested in bidding on future opportunities for Purchasing and Sales requirements, you can review the Purchasing and Sales Section One Year Outlook for Expiring Contracts in 2016
