This weekend, Feb. 2-3, the portion of Line 1 between St Clair West and Union stations will be closed as TTC crews continue installation of the Automated Train Control (ATC) signal system. - TTC Board approves 2019 budgets with 10-cent fare increase
January 24, 2019 - The TTC’s Board today approved the 2019 operating budget that protects recent service improvements and adds 10 cents to most fare types except adult cash fare. - External TTC cameras will enhance safety and support investigations

January 9, 2019 - The TTC's first closure of 2019 will be this weekend, Jan. 12-13, on the portion of Line 1 between St Clair West and Union stations as TTC crews continue installation of the Automated Train Control (ATC) signal system. - Collector booths to close in favour of Customer Service Agents at TTC's Yorkdale and Lawrence West stations
January 3, 2019 - This Sun., Jan. 6, Yorkdale and Lawrence West become the two newest TTC stations to close collector booths permanently and move to the new Customer Service Agent model.
