November 26: The first employee is a Bus Operator who works at Eglinton Division. The individual developed symptoms on November 17, 2020. The individual tested positive for COVID-19 on November 23, 2020. The individual last reported to work on November 16, 2020, and is currently self-isolating at home.

The second employee works in the Engineering Department. The individual developed symptoms on November 24, 2020. The individual tested positive for COVID-19 on November 22, 2020. The individual works from home and last reported to work on November 25, 2020. The individual is currently self-isolating at home and has been since testing positive for COVID-19.

The third employee is a Bus Operator who works at Malvern Division. The individual developed symptoms on November 22, 2020. The individual tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday, November 25, 2020. The individual last reported to work on November 21, 2020, and is currently self-isolating at home.

The fourth employee is a Bus Operator who works at Arrow Road Division. The individual developed symptoms on November 21, 2020. The individual tested positive for COVID-19 today, November 26, 2020. The individual last reported to work on November 22, 2020, and is currently self-isolating at home.

The fifth employee is a Streetcar Operator who works at Russell Division. The individual developed symptoms on November 18, 2020. The individual tested positive for COVID-19 on November 22, 2020. The individual last reported to work on November 17, 2020, and is currently self-isolating at home.

The sixth employee is a Station Collector who works in the Stations Department. The individual developed symptoms on November 22, 2020. The individual tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday, November 25, 2020. The individual last reported to work on November 21, 2020, and is currently self-isolating at home.

November 25: The employee is a Bus Operator who works at Arrow Road Division. The individual developed symptoms on November 22, 2020, after completing their shift. The individual tested positive for COVID-19 today, November 25, 2020. The individual last reported to work on November 22, 2020, and is currently self-isolating at home.

November 24: The first employee is a Bus Operator who works at Arrow Road Division. The individual developed symptoms on November 16, 2020. The individual tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday, November 23, 2020. The individual last reported to work on November 12, 2020, and is currently self-isolating at home.

The second individual is a Carhouse Operator who works at Greenwood Carhouse. The individual developed symptoms on November 23, 2020. The individual tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday, November 23, 2020. The individual last reported to work on November 19, 2020, and is currently self-isolating at home. 

November 23: The first employee is a Bus Operator who works at Arrow Road Division. The individual developed symptoms on November 20, 2020. The individual tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday, November 22, 2020. The individual last reported to work on November 20, 2020, and is currently self-isolating at home.

The second employee is a Bus Operator who works at Arrow Road Division. The individual developed symptoms on November 19, 2020. The individual tested positive for COVID-19 on November 21, 2020. The individual last reported to work on November 18, 2020, and is currently self-isolating at home.

The third employee is a Bus Operator who works at Malvern Division. The individual developed symptoms on November 18, 2020. The individual tested positive for COVID-19 today, November 23, 2020. The individual last reported to work on November 20, 2020, and is currently self-isolating at home.

The fourth employee is a Serviceperson who works at Arrow Road Garage. The individual is asymptomatic. The individual tested positive for COVID-19 today, November 23, 2020. The individual last reported to work on November 19, 2020, and is currently self-isolating at home.

The fifth employee is a Streetcar Operator who works at Russell Division. The individual developed symptoms on November 20, 2020. The individual tested positive for COVID-19 today, November 23, 2020. The individual last reported to work on November 20, 2020, and is currently self-isolating at home.

The sixth employee is a Wheel-Trans Operator who works at Wheel-Trans Division. The individual developed symptoms on November 11, 2020. The individual tested positive for COVID-19 on November 20, 2020. The individual last reported to work on November 13, 2020, and is currently self-isolating at home.

The seventh employee is a Bus Operator who works at Malvern Division. The individual developed symptoms on November 20, 2020. The individual tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday, November 22, 2020. The individual last reported to work on November 19, 2020, and is currently self-isolating at home.

The eight employee is a Station Collector who works at Danforth Division. The individual developed symptoms on November 18, 2020. The individual tested positive for COVID-19 today, November 23, 2020. The individual last reported to work on November 16, 2020, and is currently self-isolating at home.

The ninth employee is a Bus Operator who works at Eglinton Division. The individual developed symptoms on November 19, 2020. The individual tested positive for COVID-19 on November 21, 2020. The individual last reported to work on November 3, 2020, and is currently self-isolating at home.

November 22: The first employee is an Carhouse Operator who works at Leslie Barns. The individual is asymptomatic. The individual tested positive for COVID-19 on November 20, 2020. The individual last reported to work on November 12, 2020, and is currently self-isolating at home.

The second individual is a Contractor who works at Arrow Road Garage. The individual developed symptoms on November 19, 2020. The individual tested positive for COVID-19 on November 20, 2020. The individual last reported to work on November 16, 2020, and is currently self-isolating at home.

The third employee works in the Procurement and Category Management Department. The individual is asymptomatic. The individual tested positive for COVID-19 today, November 22, 2020. The individual last reported to work on November 20, 2020, and is currently self-isolating at home.

November 21: The employee is an Electrician who works at Subway Infrastructure. The individual developed symptoms on November 17, 2020. The individual tested positive for COVID-19 today, November 21, 2020. The individual last reported to work on November 6, 2020, and is currently self-isolating at home.

Following TPH guidance on case and contact management, the TTC is assessing whether there were any close contacts with the individual while contagious, requiring self-isolation.

The TTC takes safety very seriously and considers the health and well-being of TTC employees of utmost importance. The TTC will continue to report information about positive diagnoses and publish the information on the TTC COVID-19 case update page on the TTC website at: http://www.ttc.ca/Riding_the_TTC/Safety_and_Security/Case_update.jsp. To date, 60 employees have returned to work since testing positive.

Please note, priority access is now available for TTC employees who are essential frontline workers or are required to support frontline work and are also exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19. If you develop new or worsening symptoms consistent with COVID-19 (see link above) or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, stay home and contact Occupational Health at 416-393-4572 or OHEW@ttc.ca to be connected with a Disability Management Specialist (DMS). If you are eligible for testing, your DMS will provide you with a letter from Toronto Public Health recommending priority testing.

Important reminder: Safety notices advise employees with concerns about their personal health to contact their family doctor or Telehealth at 1-866-797-0000. Toronto Public Health has also set up a coronavirus hotline that provides the public with a place to get information, ask questions about this virus and connect with a health professional at 416-338-7600.
