As a TTC employee, you have a number of resources available to you to keep you in a state of good mental health. Staying strong and resilient is crucial to maintaining a healthy lifestyle for your family and for you – on and off the job. The following resources are available to all employees on a strictly private and confidential basis:

Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)

EFAP provides you and your family with immediate and CONFIDENTIAL support to help resolve work, health and life challenges to improve your life. It is a confidential, voluntary, short-term support service that can help you take the first step towards change. There is NO COST to you and it’s available 24/7, 365 days a year. This program, included in your benefits, is now easier to access than ever. Watch this video for more information on how to access this program and get the help you need as your fingertips.
