Meetings are held regularly to review policy and operating matters of the Toronto Transit Commission. Meetings are normally held at Toronto City Hall, 100 Queen Street West, Toronto (location will be confirmed in the Agenda).

The Audit Committee assists the Board in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities for the Budget process; the Financial Reporting process; the system of Internal Control; the Audit process; and the TTC's process for monitoring compliance with Laws and Regulations, and the Code of Conduct. The TTC Audit Committee meets quarterly.
