Allow Adequate Travel Time

Wheel-Trans is a shared ride service, with multiple customer pick-ups and drop-offs along the way. Our service is also affected by traffic congestion, construction, and inclement weather. We recommend that you plan to arrive at your destination at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Getting to your Destination Early

It is very important that you verify the time that your destination is open, as our drivers may not have time to wait with you for a facility to open. Should this happen we may be required to bring you back to your pick-up location. If our drivers arrive earlier than your scheduled time, they will wait with you until the facility is open.
